We keep this simple. This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics, and it does not store the information you enter.

• Track & trace: air waybill lookups happen in your browser. We open the operating carrier's own tracking (embedded or in a new tab) and do not store the AWB numbers you enter.
• Contact form: it opens your own email application with the details filled in. The message is sent from your email account to us, and we use it only to respond to your enquiry.
• Other carriers' pages: when we link to or embed a carrier's tracking (for example Atlas Air, Qatar Airways Cargo or track-trace.com), that page is governed by the carrier's own privacy policy.
